Programme Variation: The Baker & McKenzie Cyberspace Law and Policy centre reserves the right to vary the programme to deal with unforseen circumstances. This includes cancelling or re-scheduling a programme and changing speakers or content if occasion obliges us to do so.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted up to 10 days prior to the commencement of the conference. Withdrawals after this time and before the commencement of the conference will result in a cancellation charge of A$100. Cancellations after the commencement of the conference will not be eligible for a refund.

Postgraduate enrolment

To participate as a postgraduate for course credit, you enrol as a student through UNSW Law and complete further assessable work. The course is LAWS5238 Surveillance and Privacy: Terrorists and Watchdogs (4 uoc). It is only available through attendance for the full two days of the conference.

The standard enrolment fee is $1100, paid to UNSW. It includes supervision and assessment of a research paper.
